With more than 15 years of experience across the arts, community, and wellbeing sectors, I bring a unique combination of peer practice, cultural mediation, and creative strategy.
I co-founded Macro Impact Consulting, a Deaf–hearing social impact partnership that translates lived experience into practical tools and training across health, justice, and education.
As outgoing Artistic Director of Flow Festival Australia, and instigator of the Northern Rivers based Auslan Creative Project I curate national Deaf-led arts programming that celebrates diverse ways of communicating and connecting.
Through Second Nature Strategies, I offer mentoring, coaching, and consulting grounded in community engaged, relational practice, reflective conversations, and accessibility.
I co-curate an accessible co-work space, the Access and Collaboration Hub, a space devised to offer options for people seeking accessible and inclusive places to work and meet with other professionals.
My approach is shaped by ecology — the belief that thriving systems, both natural and cultural, depend on diversity, interconnection, and care.
